Hi VP VAs,
As we prepare for me being on and off over the next 2 months, you may observe that I have made changes already—minor changes to make sure everything will be manageable and, ideally, flow smoothly.
Lin will be leaning more toward the ADMIN side, helping Frauline and Emman monitor attendance, the VPM, the WhatsApp group chats, and Google Spaces notifications, “checkings”, and concerns.
In addition to that, I’ve updated statuses from VP Senior to VP CLIENT LEAD:
- Ej S. VP working independently for CGT.
- Mae Amor Q. VP working independently for RC, but will need marketing materials checked starting today. Please have the ADMINS check the marketing materials; rest assured I will be part of the finalization of the brandings for RC projects.
- Thelmo E. VP working independently for RC, but will need marketing materials checked starting today. Please have the ADMINS check the marketing materials; rest assured I will be part of the finalization of the brandings for RC projects.
- Kyle M. VP working independently for LC&DD and ETS; however, whenever there are concerns for ETS, ask LIVE directly. In case of concerns with LC&DD, you may seek the attention of the ADMINS and notify them of your concerns. If not addressed, please have the ADMINS reach out to me and notify me if it’s urgent.
- Danica D. VP working independently for SEG.
- Hazel D. VP working independently for SEG and helping JACO and NEL with TBT.
- Jeric B. VP working independently for TVKT, but seeking “checkings” of graphics and captions for AB from the ADMINS.
- Jaco Q. VP working under the close monitoring of HAZEL for TBT.
- Nel B. VP working under the close monitoring of HAZEL for TBT.
- Rome N. VP working independently for NS and NR, but seeking “checkings” of graphics and captions for NR from the ADMINS.
- Francis E. VP working independently for TVKT.
As for ROSEL, the focus will be on the VP VAs listed below along with their respective clients:

As for LIVE, the focus will be on the VP VAs listed below along with their respective clients:

As for NIZE, the focus will be on the VP VAs listed below along with their respective clients:
- Rell Carlo I., Jesser B., Kirk B., Alex C., Mela D., Pao C., Mary D.
As for LIN, the focus will be on the VP VA listed below along with their respective client:
- Jamaeca A.
Team Leaders, you do not need to be on VPM. Focus on your designated GMEET. For those who need close monitoring, have them join your designated GMEET and just notify those left on VPM that they can chat on Google Space; but if it is urgent, they should join your designated GMEET.
Let me remind you all that VP LOGINS and VP GMEETS are located on your VP CALENDAR.
In addition, only LIN, FRAULINE, and EMMAN will now have access to the VP ADMINS GMAIL ACCOUNT. All recordings can be requested through them using your designated Google Spaces.
Moreover, if you have a concern related to client handling, tasks, or any work-related matters, this is a good time to ask on your designated Google Spaces.
For anything not related to client handling and tasks, it is also a good time to air those concerns and clarifications to me via DM on Google Chat.
As always, VP VAs, for urgent matters related to client handling and tasks, please escalate first to your assigned Team Leader. If you do not have an assigned Team Leader, please consult with the ADMINS. The Team Leaders and ADMINS will decide if I should be notified ASAP or if it can wait until the time I’ve seen the notification.
I will still be around on and off during the graveyard shift.
In addition, for notifications of late-ins, absences, or technical and internet issues, please notify your designated Google Chat Space and mention the ADMINS, your assigned Team Leader, and me. If you do not have access to your VP GMAIL or Google Chat account, please send those notifications to the VP OFF HOURS Messenger group chat and mention the ADMINS, your assigned Team Leader, and me.
If you have not received any response or acknowledgment in the next 15 minutes and it’s urgent, please call your assigned Team Leader or LIN anytime on MESSENGER.
Our goal during this timeframe is to keep your clients, continuously exceed their expectations, and continue improving your work ethics. Please make the next 2 months lighter and smoother for me; that’s all I am asking during a time wherein I am needing support and understanding for the personal aspects of my life and time off.
Moreover, in line with what is happening in the world and in the Philippines, may I remind you of the possibilities of power interruptions if the situation is not controlled and can affect our workmanship. Please prepare your toolkit, power source, backup internet, and a location where you may transfer just in case you experience any challenges in rendering your shift. DO NOT just notify us that you cannot render a shift because of “this and that.” Find the means to deliver your work responsibilities.
