1. Expand Our Wonderful Team: This year, we aim to grow our VP family to 50 talented Virtual Assistants! With diverse skills and perspectives, we’ll enhance our ability to meet client needs and foster a vibrant, collaborative spirit.
2. Elevate Our Hourly Rates: It’s time to recognize the exceptional value we all bring! We will implement a structured plan to increase our hourly rates based on market research and performance metrics that celebrate our hard work and dedication.
3. Commit to Excellence: Together, we’ll cultivate a culture of professionalism by enhancing our work ethics, performance, skills, and capabilities through engaging training sessions and workshops. Continuous learning will be our mantra!
