Before you start crafting your goals, keep the following SMART criteria in mind:

  • Measurable: Determine how you will measure success and track progress.
  • Achievable: Ensure that your goal is realistic and attainable.

Career Goals

Identify What Brings You Joy:

Reflect on the aspects of being a Virtual Assistant in real estate that excite you, such as supporting clients, ensuring organization, or enhancing productivity.

Create Your SMART Goal:

  • Specific: I will enhance my productivity by streamlining my work processes.
  • Measurable: I will track my completed tasks and aim for the highest efficiency rate.
  • Achievable: I will dedicate three hours each week to enhance my skills through online training.
  • Relevant: This goal aligns with my role as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, improving my skills and capabilities, which can lead to opportunities for working directly with clients and increasing my monthly income.

This will directly enhance my skills, making me more effective in managing client tasks. I expect to have fully implemented these strategies by the end of the year.

  • Time-bound: I will stick to this schedule throughout the year 2025.

Example SMART GOAL:

Throughout 2025, I will organize enjoyable and low-cost outings with friends and family, such as picnics or game nights, to strengthen our connections and bring joy to our time spent together.

Personal Development Goals

  • Measurable:  I will dedicate one hour each week to practice this hobby.

  • Relevant: Doing something I love will contribute to my personal growth and happiness.
  • Time-bound: I will commit to this for a full year.

Example SMART GOAL:

By December 2025, I will explore a new hobby that inspires happiness by dedicating one hour each week to practice it, celebrating my growth and joy in learning.

Financial Wellness Goals

Find Joy in Managing Finances:

Think about ways to make budgeting and saving enjoyable.

Create Your SMART Goal:

  • Specific:  I will create a savings plan for something I’ve always wanted.
  • Measurable:  I’ll save ₱1,000.00 each month.
  • Achievable: I can adjust my budget to ensure I can make this saving.

  • Time-bound: I will reach my savings goal by December 2025.

Example SMART GOAL:

By December 2025, I will save ₱1,000.00 each month for a fun vacation that brings me joy and excitement, allowing me to reconnect with the carefree spirit of my childhood.

Submission Instructions: Now that you have created your SMART goals focusing on awakening your inner child’s happiness, here’s how to submit them:

  • Use Your VP BLACK Notebook
  • Compile all your SMART goals in your VP BLACK notebook. Ensure that each section (Career, Health and Fitness, Relationships, Personal Development, Financial Wellness) is distinctly marked and visually appealing.
  • Incorporate Creativity: Enhance your notebook with drawings, doodles, or photos that inspire your goals and embody your inner child’s playfulness. This may include stickers, colorful headings, or collages that illustrate each area.
  • Deadline for Submission: All submissions must be completed by January 15, 2025, at 11:55 PM. Organize your creative goals neatly in your notebook. Take photographs and email them to info.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com, using the subject line: SCREEN NAME | My 2025 Happiness, to receive instructions for the upcoming face-to-face activity.
  • Please ensure you adhere to the submission deadline to secure your participation in the fun and childlike face-to-face activity. Your timely submission is essential for receiving all necessary instructions. Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to seeing you there!

Consequences of Failure to Submit: If you do not submit your goals by the deadline, you will be unable to join the fun and childlike face-to-face activity scheduled for January 18, 2025, from 12:30 PM onwards.
