Activity 99 | Precious Moments

Objective: To highlight the importance of making time for our loved ones, even with a busy schedule and the challenges of working as virtual assistants with different time zones. Despite our work demands, spending quality time with family and friends helps us stay motivated, balanced, and emotionally healthy.

INSTRUCTIONS: BEFORE STARTING THE ACTIVITY, MAKE SURE TO READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.

1. Think about your current routine as a virtual assistant or remote worker. Consider how your work schedule affects your ability to connect with loved ones—especially if you work in a different time zone from them.

2. Write a short reflection in your Virtual Professionals notebook (200–300 words) answering the following questions:

  • What have you learned about yourself through trying to manage both work and personal relationships?
  • How do you make time for your loved ones, even with a demanding or unusual work schedule?
  • What small habits or routines help you stay connected without affecting your work performance?
  • Why is this balance important to you?

3. Be honest and personal. You can share tips, a story, or even a recent experience that shows how you make this balance work.

Do not use ChatGPT or any AI tools to generate your output. However, you may use ChatGPT to check the grammar.

Important Note: As much as possible, do this activity when you are calm, not rushed, and when your mind is clear and relaxed. Avoid doing it during busy or stressful moments to fully benefit from the experience.
