Objective: To encourage the team to participate in recreational activities as a means to unwind. Foster stronger interpersonal relationships, and gain a deeper understanding of team dynamics and individual personalities, ultimately contributing to a more cohesive and collaborative work environment.
INSTRUCTIONS: BEFORE STARTING THE ACTIVITY, MAKE SURE TO READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.
1. Think back to a previous VP activity or event that stands out to you as especially memorable or meaningful. This could be something fun, challenging, inspiring, or simply something that brought the team closer together.
2. Write a short reflection describing the following questions:
- What was that activity?
- What happened during that time?
- Why was it memorable to you?
- In what way did the event influence how you see yourself as part of the team?
3. Be honest and personal — there are no right or wrong answers. The goal is to share your experience and how it shaped your connection to the team.
Write your answers to the above questions in your Virtual Professionals notebook. After answering all the questions, write a conclusion about the VP family. Your overall output should be composed of at least 200 words minimum.
Do not use ChatGPT or any AI tools to generate your output. However, you may use ChatGPT to check the grammar.
Important Note: As much as possible, do this activity when you are calm, not rushed, and when your mind is clear and relaxed. Avoid doing it during busy or stressful moments to fully benefit from the experience.
How To Send:
Using your VP Gmail, add the SUBJECT line: Activity 97: VP Experience | VP Screen Name, and take a photo/s of your output and change the photo’s file name according to the sequence of the pages in your Virtual Professionals notebook. For example: Activity 97 (1), Activity 97 (2). Send it to info.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com and CC michelle.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com.
Goal: To foster a stronger sense of connection and team cohesion by encouraging individual reflection on meaningful past experiences, promoting mutual understanding, and reinforcing each team member’s value and role within the group.
