VP Article: Bedtime Affirmations to Help You Sleep More Soundly
INSTRUCTIONS: BEFORE STARTING THE ACTIVITY, MAKE SURE TO READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.
Use Loom to record yourself while reading the article aloud. You may split the reading part into as many recordings as necessary. In your Virtual Professionals notebook, write down at least five bedtime affirmations that resonate with you, and provide a detailed explanation for each one, describing why you feel they are meaningful or helpful. This will allow you to reflect on how these affirmations can positively impact your mindset and improve your sleep quality. Your output should consist of at least 200 words.
Do not use ChatGPT or any AI tools to generate your output. However, you may use ChatGPT to check the grammar.
Important Note: As much as possible, do this activity when you are calm, not rushed, and when your mind is clear and relaxed. Avoid doing it during busy or stressful moments to fully benefit from the experience.
How To Send:
Using your VP Gmail, add the SUBJECT line: Activity 9: Bedtime Lullabies | VP Screen Name, and take a photo/s of your output and change the photo’s file name according to the sequence of the pages in your Virtual Professionals notebook. For example: Activity 9 (1), Activity 9 (2). Send it to info.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com and CC michelle.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com along with the Loom recording link/s.
Before sending the Loom recording, make sure to update the title of your recording. The file name should match the subject line of your email. If you have multiple recordings, include a number to indicate the sequence.
