Activity 86 | 7-Days Gratitude Stories

Objective: Cultivate mindfulness and positivity by capturing one meaningful moment of gratitude each day through a photo and a brief caption. Encourages reflection, boosts emotional well-being, and fosters appreciation for the small joys in daily life.

INSTRUCTIONS: BEFORE STARTING THE ACTIVITY, MAKE SURE TO READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.

Reflect on the things that you are thankful or happy about each day. Take a photo with a one-sentence caption each day within 7 days and each photo/caption should answer the question: What made me feel happy or thankful today? Save your photo with your caption each day to your personal drive. By the end of the week, use Canva to create a reel or video compiling all the photos you have captured including the captions, and create a short realization about it (4-5 sentences). Please note that you may use your Canva account and can choose any colors and designs you like. However, if you choose to use the VP Canva account, you must follow the branding guidelines provided in this link. Kindly post the created reel/video to your Facebook account and use your realization as the caption of the post. After posting, send the FB post link to the instructions given below.

Do NOT use ChatGPT or any AI tools to generate your responses. However, you may use ChatGPT to check the grammar.

Important Note: As much as possible, do this activity when you are calm, not rushed, and when your mind is clear and relaxed. Avoid doing it during busy or stressful moments to fully benefit from the experience.
