Using Loom, record yourself while reading the article above. You may split the reading part into as many recordings as necessary. Then choose at least 3 roles from the article you currently play in your life.
If you notice that one of your roles in life is being neglected or no longer brings you energy, it’s important to reflect on why that might be happening. You could be overwhelmed by other responsibilities, or perhaps the role no longer aligns with your current goals or values. In such cases, adjusting your focus might mean setting clearer boundaries, reallocating your time, or seeking support from others to rebalance your commitments. Taking action to realign your efforts can help you re-engage with the role in a meaningful way or transition out of it if it no longer serves your personal or professional growth.

In your Virtual Professionals notebook, write a detailed explanation of your answers to the above questions, providing specific examples or experiences that support your reflections. Be honest and thorough, as this will help you better understand your priorities and maintain a healthy balance among your roles. Your answers should be composed of at least 200 words.
