Activity 81 | Practice Report

Objective: To enhance the ability to deliver quality work output by consistently practicing and improving reporting skills, ensuring accurate tracking of task progress, outcomes, and key performance metrics.

INSTRUCTIONS: BEFORE STARTING THE ACTIVITY, MAKE SURE TO READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.

Imagine yourself giving a weekly report or any report you used to do with your assigned client. Using Loom, record a video delivering the progress of any of your tasks. Share any observations or challenges you’ve noticed that may impact the work or the outcome. Offer any recommendations based on your observations, suggesting improvements or adjustments that could benefit the client. Use visuals if needed to help clarify key points. You can share your screen while delivering the report to make it as realistic as possible. Think of this activity as if you are presenting a formal report to your client, so ensure the content is clear, concise, and professionally delivered. The Loom recording should be at least 5 minutes long. You may split the Loom recording into as many as necessary.

Important Note: As much as possible, do this activity when you are calm, not rushed, and when your mind is clear and relaxed. Avoid doing it during busy or stressful moments to fully benefit from the experience. 

Before sending the Loom recording, make sure to update the title of your recording. The file name should match the subject line of your email. If you have multiple recordings, include a number to indicate the sequence.

How To Send: 

Using your VP Gmail, add the SUBJECT line: Activity 81: Practice Report | VP Screen Name, then send the loom recording link/s to info.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com and CC michelle.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com.
