Objective: Set meaningful goals and take time to reflect on the aspirations you want to achieve before a milestone. Visualize what success looks like and let that vision fuel your passion. When you’re driven by purpose, it becomes easier to show up every day, do better, and move closer to who you want to be and where you want to go.
INSTRUCTIONS: BEFORE STARTING THE ACTIVITY, MAKE SURE TO READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.
Write a list of 10 life goals or experiences you want to accomplish before reaching a specific age or milestone, such as turning 30, retiring, or completing a major life event. For example, before you turn 30 you want to graduate, travel to Siargao, or have your own car. Include a mix of personal, professional, adventurous, and self-growth goals. Once the list is complete, choose one goal that holds the most significance or excitement and write a short reflection on how achieving it would feel, the impact it would have, and any challenges that might arise along the way. Write your output in your Virtual Professionals notebook and kindly include a short message of advice to yourself about achieving these goals and it must contain a minimum of 200 words.
Do not use ChatGPT or any AI tools to generate your output. However, you may use ChatGPT to check the grammar.
Important Note: As much as possible, do this activity when you are calm, not rushed, and when your mind is clear and relaxed. Avoid doing it during busy or stressful moments to fully benefit from the experience.
