These work guidelines should promote accountability while ensuring that team members maintain ethical work practices and a professional attitude in all interactions. Establishing boundaries between work and personal life is essential to prevent burnout and maintain productivity. In your Virtual Professionals notebook, list down these two work guidelines and provide a brief explanation of their importance. Clearly outline why VP should adopt these guidelines, emphasizing how they promote respect, professionalism, and healthy boundaries to enhance productivity and maintain a positive work culture. Your output should be composed of a minimum of 200 words.
