Use Loom to record yourself reading the article aloud. You may split the reading part into as many recordings as necessary. Once you’re done, using your Virtual Professionals notebook, write down all the foods you like and dislike. For the foods you dislike, include a brief explanation of why you feel that way, whether it’s due to taste, texture, or any other personal reason.
Next, create a sample meal plan (for breakfast, lunch, or dinner) that promotes healthy living for virtual assistants. Explain why you came up with that meal plan—for example, its benefits, advantages, or even the reasons behind including certain foods. You may include both foods you like and dislike in the plan. Your explanation should be a minimum of 200 words.
Do not use ChatGPT or any AI tools to generate your output. However, you may use ChatGPT to check the grammar.
Important Note: As much as possible, do this activity when you are calm, not rushed, and when your mind is clear and relaxed. Avoid doing it during busy or stressful moments to fully benefit from the experience.
