Objective: To reflect on past mistakes and fully understand their causes and consequences. This will help us extract valuable lessons that can be applied to make better, more informed decisions in the future.

INSTRUCTIONS: BEFORE STARTING THE ACTIVITY, MAKE SURE TO READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.

Take a moment to reflect on a past mistake, and imagine a different outcome. That mistake could be something small or something that had a significant impact on your life. Afterward, answer the following questions:

Write about the following:

1. Describe The Mistake:

  • What happened? Give enough details to help explain what went wrong.
  • Who was involved? Were there any people affected by this mistake?

2. The Impact:

  • How did this mistake affect you, others, or your current situation in general?
  • How did you feel afterward? Did you learn anything from it at the time?

3. What Would You Do Differently?

  • Imagine if you could go back to that moment and change things. What would you do to change or correct the mistake?
  • Would you make different decisions, act differently, or communicate better with those involved?

4. Why This Change?

  • Why do you think your new choice would lead to a better outcome?
  • How might your life or the lives of others be different if you had done things differently?

Write your response in your Virtual Professionals notebook, with no word limit. But make sure you answer all the questions honestly and thoroughly.
