Objective: To effectively utilize tools to streamline tasks, reduce explanation time, and enhance workflow efficiency.

VP Article: How Loom Improved Communication And Teamwork.

INSTRUCTIONS: BEFORE STARTING THE ACTIVITY, MAKE SURE TO READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.

Use Loom to record yourself while reading the article out loud. You may split the reading part into as many recordings as necessary to ensure clarity and easy understanding. Afterward, in your Virtual Professionals notebook, list the advantages of using Loom in your work. Reflect on how Loom helps improve communication, provides clear instructions, and saves time when explaining tasks. Briefly explain your thoughts based on your personal experience—for example, how it enhances collaboration with clients or teammates, reduces back-and-forth messages, and more. Make sure your output consists of a minimum of 200 words.

Do not use ChatGPT or any AI tools to generate your output. However, you may use ChatGPT to check the grammar.

Important Note: As much as possible, do this activity when you are calm, not rushed, and when your mind is clear and relaxed. Avoid doing it during busy or stressful moments to fully benefit from the experience. 

How To Send: 

Using your VP Gmail, add the SUBJECT line: Activity 46: Seamless Communication | VP Screen Name, and take a photo/s of your output and change the photo’s file name according to the sequence of the pages in your Virtual Professionals notebook. For example: Activity 46 (1), Activity 46 (2). Send it to info.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com and CC michelle.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com along with the Loom recording link/s. 

Before sending the Loom recording, make sure to update the title of your recording. The file name should match the subject line of your email. If you have multiple recordings, include a number to indicate the sequence.
