Use Loom to record yourself while reading the article aloud. You may split the reading part into as many recordings as necessary. Then, create a calm and personal space in your room or any place where you can focus without distractions. Spend at least 10-15 minutes doing meditation, ensuring the environment is peaceful and relaxing. You can play soothing sounds to help enhance the meditation experience. If you don’t know how to meditate, try to follow this video. Make sure to eliminate any distractions so you can fully immerse yourself in the practice and benefit from its calming effects.

In your Virtual Professionals notebook, write down your experience after completing the 10-15 minute meditation session. Briefly share your thoughts on how the activity made you feel and what you think about meditation now that you’ve tried it. Reflect on whether the practice helped you feel more relaxed, focused, or centered, and explain how it might be beneficial for your routine. Your answer should be at least 200 words.

Important Note: As much as possible, do this activity when you are calm, not rushed, and when your mind is clear and relaxed. Avoid doing it during busy or stressful moments to fully benefit from the experience.
