Afterward, choose 3 out of the 8 Cs of leadership that you think are the most important traits for becoming a leader. Briefly explain why each of these traits is essential to effective leadership. Be sure to describe how these qualities can help develop strong leadership skills and contribute to success. Write your answer in your Virtual Professionals notebook and it should be composed of at least 200 words.
