Activity 42 | Report Strategies

Objective: To enhance the quality of client reports by applying proven tips that ensure clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights.

VP Article: 9 Tips For Effective Client Reports

INSTRUCTIONS: BEFORE STARTING THE ACTIVITY, MAKE SURE TO READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.

Use Loom to record yourself while reading the article aloud. You may split the reading part into as many recordings as necessary. Then, think of a time during your work as a virtual assistant when you struggled to deliver a report. An experience where you felt nervous and shaking. In your Virtual Professionals notebook, answer the following questions:

  • After that experience, how did it affect your confidence?
  • Did it ever make you doubt your abilities and think you weren’t good enough for the job?
  • How are you now? Are you still the same person as before? How did you overcome that fear?

Your answer should be composed of at least 200 words.

Do not use ChatGPT or any AI tools to generate your output. However, you may use ChatGPT to check the grammar.

Important Note: As much as possible, do this activity when you are calm, not rushed, and when your mind is clear and relaxed. Avoid doing it during busy or stressful moments to fully benefit from the experience. 

How To Send: 

Using your VP Gmail, add the SUBJECT line: Activity 42: Report Strategies | VP Screen Name, and take a photo/s of your output and change the photo’s file name according to the sequence of the pages in your Virtual Professionals notebook. For example: Activity 42 (1), Activity 42 (2). Send it to info.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com and CC michelle.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com along with the Loom recording link/s. 

Before sending the Loom recording, make sure to update the title of your recording. The file name should match the subject line of your email. If you have multiple recordings, include a number to indicate the sequence.
