Use Loom to record yourself while reading the article aloud. In your Virtual Professionals notebook, list any other challenges, either personal or work-related problems you encounter while working from home. Describe how these challenges affect you and the steps you have taken to overcome them. It should be composed of at least 200 words.
Do not use ChatGPT or any AI tools to generate your output. However, you may use ChatGPT to check the grammar.
Important Note: As much as possible, do this activity when you are calm, not rushed, and when your mind is clear and relaxed. Avoid doing it during busy or stressful moments to fully benefit from the experience.

Using your VP Gmail, add the SUBJECT line: Activity 39: Remote Challenges | VP Screen Name, and take a photo/s of your output and change the photo’s file name according to the sequence of the pages in your Virtual Professionals notebook. For example: Activity 39 (1), Activity 39 (2). Send it to info.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com and CC michelle.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com along with the Loom recording link/s.
Before sending the Loom recording, make sure to update the title of your recording. The file name should match the subject line of your email. If you have multiple recordings, include a number to indicate the sequence.
