VP Article: Why Is It Important To Treat Our Clients’ Businesses As If They Were Our Own?

Use Loom to record yourself while reading the article aloud. You may split the reading part into as many recordings as necessary. After reading, try putting yourself in your client’s position and imagine how you would feel if, while you were busy with your job, and you noticed that your virtual assistant was not being helpful but instead was just goofing off. Rather than easing your workload, they were adding more to it. How would you handle the situation, and what approach would you take to address your concern regarding their behavior? Your answer should be composed of 200 words.

Do not use ChatGPT or any AI tools to generate your output. However, you may use ChatGPT to check the grammar.

Important Note: As much as possible, do this activity when you are calm, not rushed, and when your mind is clear and relaxed. Avoid doing it during busy or stressful moments to fully benefit from the experience.

Using your VP Gmail, add the SUBJECT line: Activity 38: Business Minds | VP Screen Name, and take a photo/s of your output and change the photo’s file name according to the sequence of the pages in your Virtual Professionals notebook. For example: Activity 38 (1), Activity 38 (2). Send it to info.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com and CC michelle.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com along with the Loom recording link/s. 

Before sending the Loom recording, make sure to update the title of your recording. The file name should match the subject line of your email. If you have multiple recordings, include a number to indicate the sequence.
