Use Loom to record yourself while reading the article aloud. You may split the reading part into as many recordings as necessary. In your Virtual Professionals notebook, write about a time when your client was unhappy with your work, even though you gave it your best effort. Describe what happened, for example: the client not liking the graphics you created, or having concerns about your speed in entering listings, or your untimely response to their questions. Share any experience that made you feel discouraged. Describe how you handled the situation, the actions you took to earn their approval, and the steps you took to improve moving forward. Your answer should be a minimum of 200 words.
Do not use ChatGPT or any AI tools to generate your output. However, you may use ChatGPT to check the grammar.
Important Note: As much as possible, do this activity when you are calm, not rushed, and when your mind is clear and relaxed. Avoid doing it during busy or stressful moments to fully benefit from the experience.

Using your VP Gmail, add the SUBJECT line: Activity 35: It’s A YES! | VP Screen Name, and take a photo/s of your output and change the photo’s file name according to the sequence of the pages in your Virtual Professionals notebook. For example: Activity 35 (1), Activity 35 (2). Send it to info.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com and CC michelle.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com along with the Loom recording link/s.
Before sending the Loom recording, make sure to update the title of your recording. The file name should match the subject line of your email. If you have multiple recordings, include a number to indicate the sequence.
