VP Article: Things You Shouldn’t Share On Social Media
INSTRUCTIONS: BEFORE STARTING THE ACTIVITY, MAKE SURE TO READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.
Use Loom to record yourself while reading the article aloud. You may split the reading part into as many recordings as necessary. In your Virtual Professionals notebook, list three experiences or instances of misconduct on social media—one from yourself, one from a friend, and one from a family member or a Facebook friend. Describe how their actions caused certain negative results or changes.
For each experience, share your insights that can help you avoid repeating the same mistake. Additionally, provide a piece of advice for others on how to be mindful of their actions on social media. Your answer should be a minimum of 200 words.
Do not use ChatGPT or any AI tools to generate your output. However, you may use ChatGPT to check the grammar.
Important Note: As much as possible, do this activity when you are calm, not rushed, and when your mind is clear and relaxed. Avoid doing it during busy or stressful moments to fully benefit from the experience.
How To Send:
Using your VP Gmail, add the SUBJECT line: Activity 32: Think Before You Click | VP Screen Name, and take a photo/s of your output and change the photo’s file name according to the sequence of the pages in your Virtual Professionals notebook. For example: Activity 32 (1), Activity 32 (2). Send it to info.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com and CC michelle.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com along with the Loom recording link/s.
Before sending the Loom recording, make sure to update the title of your recording. The file name should match the subject line of your email. If you have multiple recordings, include a number to indicate the sequence.
