INSTRUCTIONS: BEFORE STARTING THE ACTIVITY, MAKE SURE TO READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.
Use Loom to record yourself while reading the article aloud. You may split the reading part into as many recordings as necessary. Then, imagine receiving a call or an email from an upset client or customer who was dissatisfied with your service or how you handled your work. Base your answers on your own experience or on an experience you’ve heard from your co-VAs. In your Virtual Professionals notebook, write your response addressing the following complaints from the caller:
Caller complaints:
“I need this fixed right now! I can’t keep waiting!”
“I’ve explained this multiple times! Why do I have to keep repeating myself?”
“Why is this task taking you so long? It should be simple!”
“If you’re unsure about something, why don’t you ask instead of making assumptions?”
“You missed an important detail—do I have to double-check everything?
Your goal is to show that you understand their concerns, that you’re listening, and that you’re there to help. Make sure to answer these thoroughly and with patience and understanding. Your answer should be composed of at least 200 words.
Do not use ChatGPT or any AI tools to generate your output. However, you may use ChatGPT to check the grammar.
