Objective: To recognize the importance of confidently presenting skills and experiences during an interview in order to highlight one’s value and increase the chances of securing the role.

VP Article: The Future Of Work: Virtual Assistants

INSTRUCTIONS: BEFORE STARTING THE ACTIVITY, MAKE SURE TO READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.

Use Loom to record yourself while reading the article aloud. You may split the reading into as many recordings as necessary. Afterward, visualize yourself in a competitive job interview with 20 other candidates, where only 2 will be selected. In your Virtual Professionals notebook, write a persuasive message to the interviewer, clearly outlining your strengths, qualifications, and the unique qualities that make you the best fit for the job. Your answer should be composed of 200 words.

Do not use ChatGPT or any AI tools to generate your output. However, you may use ChatGPT to check the grammar.

Important Note: As much as possible, do this activity when you are calm, not rushed, and when your mind is clear and relaxed. Avoid doing it during busy or stressful moments to fully benefit from the experience.

How To Send: 

Using your VP Gmail, add the SUBJECT line: Activity 25: Personal Portfolio | VP Screen Name, and take a photo/s of your output and change the photo’s file name according to the sequence of the pages in your Virtual Professionals notebook. For example: Activity 25 (1), Activity 25 (2). Send it to info.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com and CC michelle.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com along with the Loom recording link/s. 

Before sending the Loom recording, make sure to update the title of your recording. The file name should match the subject line of your email. If you have multiple recordings, include a number to indicate the sequence.
