VP Article: Nurturing Your Soul: A Journey of Healing and Self-Care
INSTRUCTIONS: BEFORE STARTING THE ACTIVITY, MAKE SURE TO READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.
Use Loom to record yourself while reading the article aloud. You may split the reading into as many recordings as necessary. Once you’ve completed the recording, take some time to reflect on your past, both the highs and the lows. Think about the challenges you’ve faced, the lessons you’ve learned, and the moments that shaped you into the person you are today. Acknowledge the struggles you’ve overcome and the achievements you’ve made, no matter how big or small. Then, write a letter to yourself where you can either thank yourself or apologize, expressing your deepest thoughts and feelings. Write the letter in your Virtual Professionals notebook, and it should contain at least a minimum of 200 words.
Do not use ChatGPT or any AI tools to generate your output. However, you may use ChatGPT to check the grammar.
Important Note: As much as possible, do this activity when you are calm, not rushed, and when your mind is clear and relaxed. Avoid doing it during busy or stressful moments to fully benefit from the experience.
How To Send:
Using your VP Gmail, add the SUBJECT line: Activity 24: Personal Letter | VP Screen Name, and take a photo/s of your output and change the photo’s file name according to the sequence of the pages in your Virtual Professionals notebook. For example: Activity 24 (1), Activity 24 (2). Send it to info.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com and CC michelle.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com along with the Loom recording link/s.
Before sending the Loom recording, make sure to update the title of your recording. The file name should match the subject line of your email. If you have multiple recordings, include a number to indicate the sequence.
