He is upset about a recent purchase and mentions that he tried calling your client, a real estate agent, but couldn’t get through as they weren’t answering.
Using your own words, how would you persuade Ben to stay calm if he insists on speaking with your client when you’re also unable to reach your client yourself? Write your answers in your Virtual Professionals notebook with a minimum of 200 words.
