Activity 17 | Social Story

Objective: To understand and explain the impact of social media in promoting a client’s online presence by identifying strategies that increase audience reach, visibility, and engagement.

INSTRUCTIONS: BEFORE STARTING THE ACTIVITY, MAKE SURE TO READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.

Use Loom to record yourself while reading the article aloud. You may split the reading part into as many recordings as necessary. In your Virtual Professionals notebook, write about how social media affects and helps your clients promote and spread their presence online. Explain in your own words how social media allows clients to connect with a wider audience, increase visibility, and engage with potential customers. Cite a specific experience or observation where social media made a positive impact, such as a campaign, post, or strategy that brought results. Reflect on how even small efforts can lead to meaningful engagement and client growth.

Do not use ChatGPT or any AI tools to generate your output. However, you may use ChatGPT to check the grammar.

Important Note: As much as possible, do this activity when you are calm, not rushed, and when your mind is clear and relaxed. Avoid doing it during busy or stressful moments to fully benefit from the experience.

How To Send: 

Using your VP Gmail, add the SUBJECT line: Activity 17: Social Story | VP Screen Name, and take a photo/s of your output and change the photo’s file name according to the sequence of the pages in your Virtual Professionals notebook. For example: Activity 17 (1), Activity 17 (2). Send it to info.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com and CC michelle.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com along with the Loom recording link/s. 

Before sending the Loom recording, make sure to update the title of your recording. The file name should match the subject line of your email. If you have multiple recordings, include a number to indicate the sequence.
