VP Article: How to Stay Focused and Productive as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant on Graveyard Shifts

INSTRUCTIONS: BEFORE STARTING THE ACTIVITY, MAKE SURE TO READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.

Use Loom to record yourself while reading the article aloud. You may split the reading part into as many recordings as necessary. Afterward, in your Virtual Professionals notebook, write down your strategies for balancing your work and personal life. Be sure to include whether you are a parent, student, or full-time virtual assistant. Lastly, if you were to give advice to someone in the same position as you, what would that advice be? Your output should be composed of at least 200 words.

Do not use ChatGPT or any AI tools to generate your output. However, you may use ChatGPT to check the grammar.

Important Note: As much as possible, do this activity when you are calm, not rushed, and when your mind is clear and relaxed. Avoid doing it during busy or stressful moments to fully benefit from the experience.

How To Send:

Using your VP Gmail, add the SUBJECT line: Activity 15: Dream Team | VP Screen Name, and take a photo/s of your output and change the photo’s file name according to the sequence of the pages in your Virtual Professionals notebook. For example: Activity 15 (1), Activity 15 (2). Send it to info.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com and CC michelle.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com along with the Loom recording link/s.

Before sending the Loom recording, make sure to update the title of your recording. The file name should match the subject line of your email. If you have multiple recordings, include a number to indicate the sequence.
