INSTRUCTIONS: BEFORE STARTING THE ACTIVITY, MAKE SURE TO READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.
Use Loom to record yourself while reading the article aloud. You may split the reading part into as many recordings as necessary. Afterward, select five words, phrases, or traits from the article that you believe are essential for every virtual assistant to have. Draw symbols or illustrations to represent each word, and provide an explanation of why you selected those visuals to symbolize them. For instance, the word “Success” could be represented by the goal of a soccer field. In soccer, the main objective is to score a goal, just like in life or at work, where we set specific goals we aim to achieve. Your answers should be composed of at least 200 words.
Do not use ChatGPT or any AI tools to generate your output. However, you may use ChatGPT to check the grammar.
Important Note: As much as possible, do this activity when you are calm, not rushed, and when your mind is clear and relaxed. Avoid doing it during busy or stressful moments to fully benefit from the experience.
How To Send:
Using your VP Gmail, add the SUBJECT line: Activity 13: Words And Symbols | VP Screen Name, and take a photo/s of your output and change the photo’s file name according to the sequence of the pages in your Virtual Professionals notebook. For example: Activity 13 (1), Activity 13 (2). Send it to info.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com and CC michelle.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com along with the Loom recording link/s.
Before sending the Loom recording, make sure to update the title of your recording. The file name should match the subject line of your email. If you have multiple recordings, include a number to indicate the sequence.
