Objective: To embrace and learn from real-life experiences, using them as opportunities for personal and professional growth.
VP Article: Building Relationships: Turning One-Time Clients Into Long-Term Customers
INSTRUCTIONS: BEFORE STARTING THE ACTIVITY, MAKE SURE TO READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.
Use Loom to record yourself while reading the article aloud. You may split the reading into as many recordings as necessary. After reading, think back to a past experience or interaction with a client—one that was good and another that was bad. In your Virtual Professionals notebook, write a brief and honest reflection about each, being as detailed as possible, and it must be a minimum of 200 words. Your reflection should include:
- What happened?
- What did you learn from the experience?
- If it was a bad experience: What steps you’ve taken to avoid facing a similar situation again?
- If it was a good experience: What steps you’ve taken to repeat or maintain that positive experience?
Do not use ChatGPT or any AI tools to generate your output. However, you may use ChatGPT to check the grammar.
Important Note: As much as possible, do this activity when you are calm, not rushed, and when your mind is clear and relaxed. Avoid doing it during busy or stressful moments to fully benefit from the experience.
