Objective: Writing down experiences serves as a tool for reflection and learning, helping to gain insights from the past. This practice fosters growth, improves decision-making, and promotes continuous self-improvement.

INSTRUCTIONS: BEFORE STARTING THE ACTIVITY, MAKE SURE TO READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM.

Use Loom to record yourself while reading the article aloud. You may split the reading part into as many recordings as necessary. Reflect on the article and think of three 3 online work experiences with coworkers that helped build personal connections that came to mind while reading it.

In your Virtual Professionals notebook, write down at least 3 online work experiences with coworkers that helped build connections. Kindly include why each experience left a lasting connection on you. It can be either a happy, funny, or embarrassing experience, and be as honest as possible with a minimum of 200 words.

Do not use ChatGPT or any AI tools to generate your output. However, you may use ChatGPT to check the grammar.

Important Note: As much as possible, do this activity when you are calm, not rushed, and when your mind is clear and relaxed. Avoid doing it during busy or stressful moments to fully benefit from the experience.

How To Send: 

Using your VP Gmail, add the SUBJECT line: Activity 1: Writing Down Thoughts | VP Screen Name, and take a photo/s of your output and change the photo’s file name according to the sequence of the pages in your Virtual Professionals notebook. For example: Activity 1 (1), Activity 1 (2). Send it to info.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com and CC michelle.virtualprofessionals@gmail.com along with the Loom recording link/s. 

Before sending the Loom recording, make sure to update the title of your recording. The file name should match the subject line of your email. If you have multiple recordings, include a number to indicate the sequence.
