2026 Vision Board Project: Design Your Future

Hi VP VAs’,

As we kick off 2026, I want us to get intentional about where we are headed. This isn’t just about work; it’s about your growth as a whole person. I want to see your heart, your drive, and your personality poured into your 2026 Vision Boards.

This project is a deep dive into your goals for the year. Do not be lazy—you are creative in ways you know you can be. It’s not about having the “nicest” output, but about the effort you put in and how well you follow these instructions.

The Logistics:

  • Size: Use one (1) whole illustration board (or multiple pieces that sum up to one whole board).
  • Format: You can divide the board by month or category. Design it your way—write, print, paste, paint, or collage. Whatever works best for you.
  • The Content: You must state the goals clearly on the board. It shouldn’t just be an image or a representation; I need to see the words. Along with the goals, include the specific actions you need to take to accomplish them.
  • Protection: Once finished, cover the board with plastic (the kind used for books) and tape it securely.

The Vision Board Requirements

Your vision board must cover 7 Key Areas: Spiritual, Financial, Career, Intellectual, Health/Wellness, Family, and Social.

Goal Setting: The SMART Framework

We are using the SMART framework to ensure these aren’t just dreams, but plans. I am requiring a minimum of 10 goals on each 7 Key Areas categories.

The SMART Breakdown

LetterComponentThe Key Question
SSpecificWhat exactly do I want to accomplish?
MMeasurableHow will I track progress and know it’s done?
AAchievableIs this realistic given my current resources?
RRelevantDoes this actually matter to my long-term goals?
TTime-boundWhat is the hard deadline?

A Closer Look

  • Specific: Avoid “I want to get fit.” Instead, try “I want to be able to run a 5k.” Use the five “W” questions: Who, What, Where, When, and Why.
  • Measurable: You need numbers or milestones. If you can’t quantify it, you can’t manage it. Use metrics like percentages, dollar amounts, or frequency (e.g., “3 times per week”).
  • Achievable: This is the reality check. It’s great to aim high, but if you’ve never run a mile, aiming for an ultra-marathon by next Tuesday is just a recipe for burnout.
  • Relevant: Ensure the goal aligns with your broader life or business values. Don’t build a massive social media following if your actual goal is to spend less time on your phone.
  • Time-bound: Goals without deadlines are just dreams. A date creates a sense of urgency and prevents everyday tasks from “crowding out” your big objectives.

Note: If you have questions about the SMART framework, research it or DM MK on GCHAT.

Documentation & Authenticity

These goals must be centered on you and your motivations. You can seek help, but the work must be at least 75% your own effort. To avoid any misconceptions, you must document your process:

  1. Uniform: Please wear your VP Sportsfest uniform while working on the board and during documentation.
  2. Media: Take photos and videos. A timelapse of you creating the board would be great.
  3. GDrive: Create a folder named: VP SCREEN NAME | 2026 VISION BOARD.
    • Subfolder 1: Documentation (Process photos/videos)
    • Subfolder 2: Output (Clear, readable photos of the finished board)

Incentives & Deadlines

  • Budget: You will receive ₱500 for materials, released once the final output is emailed to MK.
  • Top Picks: I will choose the Top 2 Males and Top 3 Females to present their boards to the team in February. These finalists receive an additional ₱2,500.
  • Official Winner: The overall winner receives an additional ₱5,000.
  • Year-End Bonus Alert: ₱5,000 Goal-Getter Award At the end of 2026, we’ll be rewarding the person who completes the most goals on their official board with a ₱5,000 bonus! Whether you are an active or inactive VP VA, as long as your board was officially submitted, you are in the running. Let’s make those goals happen!

DEADLINE: January 31, 2026 – 11:59 PM (Philippine Standard Time)

Pour your heart out. I want to “see” you on those boards. Show me what you’re aiming for this year!

Next Step: Please acknowledge receipt of these instructions by replying “Level Up 2026” and let me know if you have any immediate questions!

1. Top 5 Selection Criteria (The “Finalist” Cut)

These criteria evaluate the physical board and the digital submission. Use this to select the Top 2 Males and Top 3 Females.

CriteriaWeightDescription
Adherence to Requirements30%Did they include all 7 areas? Is the board the correct size? Is it covered in plastic? Most importantly: Are the SMART goals clearly written (not just images)?
Depth & Authenticity25%Does the board feel personal? Does it show their “heart and drive” as requested? It should move beyond generic goals to reflect their unique personality.
Action-Orientation25%This is the “Specific Actions” requirement. Points are awarded for how clearly they defined the how—the steps they will take to reach the goals.
Creative Effort20%Not about being a professional artist, but about the “lazy-free” zone. This measures the time, thought, and manual effort (collage, paint, etc.) put into the visual layout.

2. Presentation Criteria (The “Live” Judging)

Once the Top 5 present to the team in February, use these criteria to determine the Overall Winner (₱5,000).

A. Clarity of Vision (40%)

  • The “Why”: Can the VA explain why these specific goals matter to them?
  • The “How”: Do they speak confidently about the action steps they’ve listed?
  • SMART Integration: During the talk, do they demonstrate that they actually understand how to measure their success?

B. Documentation & Process (30%)

  • Authenticity Check: Did the GDrive folder contain the timelapse and photos in the correct uniform?
  • The 75% Rule: Does the presentation confirm the work was their own effort?
  • Professionalism: Was the digital submission organized and the photos of the board readable?

C. Inspirational Impact (30%)

  • Communication: How well did they “pour their heart out” during the presentation?
  • Engagement: Did their presentation motivate or resonate with the rest of the team?
  • Presence: Did they represent the “Level Up 2026” spirit while wearing the VP Sportsfest uniform?

3. Year-End “Goal-Getter” Award Criteria

This is for the ₱5,000 bonus at the end of 2026. This is purely objective and data-driven.

  1. Completion Rate (70%): The primary metric. This is calculated as:$$\frac{\text{Number of Goals Accomplished}}{\text{Total Goals Listed on Board}} \times 100$$
  2. Evidence of Achievement (30%): The VA must provide “Proof of Goal” (e.g., a certificate for an intellectual goal, a bank screenshot for a financial goal, or a photo for a family goal).
    • Note: If multiple people complete all their goals, the tie-breaker should be the “Measurable” metrics established on the board in January.

Summary of Rewards for the Team

  • Material Subsidy: ₱500 (Upon email submission).
  • Finalist Bonus: ₱2,500 (Top 5 selected).
  • Overall Winner: ₱5,000 (Best presentation/board).
  • Year-End Bonus: ₱5,000 (Highest completion rate).

Note on Verification: Since you mentioned “active or inactive VP VAs” can win the year-end award, ensure you keep a digital backup of their January 31st board photos so goals cannot be changed mid-year!
